  11. I have a problem with my GSM Modem of Siemens. Always when I try to
  12. dial my Internet service provider the Win95 dialler says Computer is
  13. not answering. Maybe this is a problem of the german mobile net(D2) or
  14. of the german telecom because of ISDN. Or it's a problem of Win95.
  15. I don't know.
  16. Is there anybody who had a similar problem?
